Mirro Development is a premier development company specializing in real estate development and rental property management in the Chicago area.
It was founded by Joseph A. Mirro in 1975 when he bought his first vintage building to totally rehab and convert to condominiums. Since then the company has successfully developed over two-hundred-fifty residential properties.
In 1986, Mirro Development formed a partnership with Jules Laser. Together they have converted over five hundred condominium units in the Chicago neighborhoods of Lincoln Park, the South Loop, Wrigleyville, Edgewater, Uptown and Rogers Park.
Mirro Development currently has many projects in progress all over the city. Aside from these current condominium projects, Joe Mirro is excited about finding more vintage properties to invest in and develop in Chicago's South Side up-and-coming neighborhoods of the South Shore, Chatham, and Hyde Park, as well as the already developing areas of Rogers Park, Uptown, and Ravenswood.
